Dear Parishioners and Friends within the Community.
Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church is extending this invitation to everyone in the parish grouping to attend and actively support the "Night at the Races" event which will be held at the OLMM Banquet Center in Meadowlands on Saturday, October 5th 2019. Doors will open at 5:30 PM and final race should conclude around 11:00 PM. Come out and join us for the festivities that night which includes good food/drinks, wagering on horses in (10) races, 50/50 raffle, Chinese Auction, and a Special Door Prize. The Holy Name Society is coordinating and staffing the fund raiser. Event is BYOB for those guests who choose to bring their own wine, spirits, mixers, and snacks. Cold beer and soft drinks will be provided. Buffet style menu consisting of Chicken Tenders, Pulled Pork, Italian Sausage, Mac/Cheese, Baked Beans, and Cole Slaw will be served. Tickets are available for purchase in advance or at the door according to the following options:
-Single: $15 Single admission. Includes Dinner, Beer, and soft drinks.
-Single: $25 Single admission. Includes Dinner, Beer, drinks and 1 race horse.
-Couples: $40 Couple admission Includes Dinner, Beer, drinks and 2 race horses.
